March 28th, 2011 admin I’m old and tired! Could someone please tell me how to get the photos from my phone to my computer. Plugged into my computer, used as a “device” went to download but literally every picture on my phone came up… from websites etc.

Set connection type as disk drive and connect to the PC. In my computer open the drive that is your device, usually F drive. Camera shots will be in dcim> 100MEDIA and pics from messages and email will be in the Download folder. Copy and paste to your PC.

November 1st, 2010 admin I broke the lcd screen of my CF360, so I need to move all my contacts from the phone to the SIM card. However, I can’t see the menu options on the screen. Can someone please tell me the steps to copy all phone contacts to the SIM card? The instructions would have to work as if to a blind person (e.g. hit menu, down one to Address Book, enter then down…) since the screen doesn’t work. Thanks!

October 24th, 2010 jedwan Hello, I’m new to the HTC scene. Can someone please tell me if its normal for the Media Net notification to stay on all the time? If I turn off the phone it goes away. But after I connect to lets say opera and then I go to exit and close out opera the media net counter still counts under notifications. Please Help. Thanks

April 15th, 2010 jedwan Can someone please tell me if MMS will work when using an Enterprise Level Data Package such as the Microsoft Direct Push Enterprise Data, which instead of using Media Net and (wap.cingular) it uses ATT ISP (isp.cingular). When using isp.cingular the device is assigned a Public IP address and is not NAT’d and does not sit behind the ATT proxy. If you can, which you should since we pay for it in the messaging plan, can you please show me how to set it up correctly on an HTC TILT 2. I can’t get a straight answer from ATT tech support, most of the tech support has never heard of the data plan and seems confused about ATT ISP (isp.cingular). Thank you in advance for your help.

March 9th, 2010 jedwan Can someone please help me with obtaining a working CAB file for Mobile Banking, for the HTC Pure? Mobile Banking corrupted and I cannot find a replacement file online. My bank sends links via text message to download a CAB file; however, those links will not open in ANY browser on the HTC Pure Mobile 6.5. I opened them on my nontouchscreen Windows 6.1. However, the links automatically download nontouchscreen versions. So, those are worthless to me. Please, someone help. Thanks.

February 27th, 2010 jedwan I have had this phone for two weeks. All was fine for the first week. However now I can’t get my email, download, or surf the web. I get the wonderful message “Cannot connect for some unknown reason.” I have searched forums and found some information, but none directed to the Tilt 2. I’ve read through the article posted on the ATT Self Service Knowledgebase at https://www.wireless.att.com/support/knowledgeBase.do?content=KB84444.html and unforunately cannot follow the instructions. MediaNet does not allow an edit on my phone like the instructions provide for the Tilt. I’m either technilogically challenged (very possible) or there is another super secret work around special to the tilt2. Can someone please share the super secret? I would sure like to use all the features I’m paying for. Thanks!!!
