No Comments »HTC Tilt2 Facebook App Problems
October 10th, 2010 jedwan OK so here’s the problem. I have the new Rom installed on my HTC Tilt2 and it works fine. The issue is the Facebook App. Obviously facebook 1.07 comes installed on the new rom. My problem is that the app will not update status updates or my profile, even if i hit refresh. I have to physically log off facebook, and log back in in order to get my “wall” to update. I tried installing the newer version 1.2 from Microsoft Market, but the same problem happens. Its quite annoying to have to log out and log back in everytime i want to see current info on my wall. Has anyone else had this problem? Know of a fix? etc… Any input would be apprecaited.

April 15th, 2010 admin I had the same problem as ehass13 and sure enough it was HD Tweaks causing it. I went back to the phone section and defaulted anything that had to do with volume or muting and also there is an entry that has to do with volume past 100db. Set that to the default before uninstalling HD Tweaks. After this my Tilt2 was making and receiving calls just fine.

March 30th, 2010 jedwan I lost my yahoo email account and had to reset it up…It now shows i have 2 email accounts. I dont know how to delete the one because i cant find it anywhere….I had the same problem with my text messages showing one unread but fixed that…Can anyone help me with this issue?

March 28th, 2010 admin hey man, i have this phone too. and i have the same problem as you and many more. i think its a pretty crappy phone in my opinion. i also cant send txts sometimes eventhough i have signal. i just turn my phone off and turn it back on and then i can send and recieve texts again. its a pain in the neck, but i got used to it. im definately getting an iphone soon…

March 28th, 2010 jedwan i have the same problem as you , a2r3francis . its random. i just got it fixed for the second time in the past two months. i couldnt send txts. and then a little while later i wasnt able to recive them. we tryed a different phone (same model) and the problem still existed. then we switched out the sim card and we did many tests. we eneded up called text support and th e y fixed it up. its such a pain. i hate this phone
