I Bought a new LG Prime GO Phone From Wal-Mart.com. when I called to activate the phone everything went smooth added my airtime to my account all went smooth Until I started trying to make calls on the phone. when I would make a call it would get redirected to the AT&T Security Center where I was told that the Phone didn’t show up being ever bought. B/S the CS Rep. I spoke to advised me to take the:Phone, conformation E mails, Receipts and phone package to the nearest AT&T Store and have them send a Fax to the Security center. OK I do everything that I was Instructed to do driving 30 miles to a AT&T Retail Store in Madison Mississippi. I go in Explain to the Sales person named (Karl) what is needed he calls the main 800 # for AT&T he explains to them what I told him. They tell him to make a test call. The test call worked Karl said it was good to go and that there was no reason to fax the paper work to AT&T Security center that once unlocked the phone would stay unlocked. WELL IT DIDN’T now I’ve gotta use more money to for gas to go back to the Madison AT&T Store Monday just to be able to use a Phone that I bought from Wal-mart. This is PURE B/S AT&T act like somebody walked out with the phone. It’s not my fault it’s not showing up in there data base .
