I love my Freestyle however this issue is very annoying. I get seemingly random duplicate (same) messages. I have posted with many others on this issue in HTC forums ( http://community.htc.com/na/htc-forums/brew-mp/f/111/t/9884.aspx ). Is this problem being addressed? If so, when will it be corrected?

jedwan My LG Shine started having this problem yesterday. I tried all the suggestions above, to no avail. I switched SIMs between my phone & my wife’s Shine (which has been working fine), & they both gave the “Insert SmartChip” message. Put the SIMs back in original phones, her’s works OK, mine still gives message. So, what does that tell me?

INSPIRE default email app won’t work with Gmail
June 4th, 2011 jedwan When I got the phone I set up my 2 accounts, no problem. But a week ago it started telling me it can’t authenticate my accounts because the password is wrong. The password is NOT wrong, I even tried changing it at gmail.com and my phone STILL gives that error. So now I don’t get email anymore, and the gmail app itself apparently doesn’t notify you when you get new emails, so I don’t want to use that. What is the point of a smartphone if I can’t get my email??? Anyone else have this problem?
