No Comments »LG Neon IM problems..
June 25th, 2011 admin After upgrading the MediaMall I cannot connect to the IM app. It brings me to the sign in but after that it gives me a network error. The IM works fine on my Nokia. This same thing happened last week but I had thought that it was on AT&T’s side because I was having trouble on the nokia too so I reset the device completely. Today I was prompted to update the MediaMall and after I did, same thing happens, can’t connect to the IM app. Is this a known issue? Is there a way around the update or is it just some bizarre thing that is happening only to me? I have a GoPhone plan on it and got it from a friend who upgraded. Took it to the At&t store the same day and they put a new sim card in it and such. I can make calls and text still but no IM. And I had IM until today, when I upgraded the MediaMall again. Thanks for your help.
