Since the HTC Freestyle runs on the BREW platform, you might not see an application for Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) until the makers of the PC versions decide it is reasonable to develop an application. I believe the AutoDesk recently released their android app only in the last few months. Bentley is still working on theirs. Both have had an app for the iOS for longer. You can alway email the developers of the Android or iOS version you want to use and ask them if they have any plans to develop a version for the BREW platform.
