I keep getting a message on my phone that says updates are available…. great…where do I get the update? I plugged the usb into the computer and all it does is come up with new hardware and then a magnifying glass looks forever. I didn’t get a CD or anything to “Update” it so does anyone know how to update my phone. It says it will work better, which I would love because right now I am sitting next to my wifi and my phone CONSTANTLY says it can’t find the connection. I have to reset my wifi every time I want to use my phone at home.

No Comments »LG Vu Plus Tethering
May 22nd, 2011 admin I just bought a LG Vu Plus with high hopes of tethering to my PC for internet usage like what I have done in the past with my Samsung Rugby. However, the LG will not connect; I keep getting error 628. Does anyone know what it will take to fix the problem? I’ve already tried reinstalling the drivers and that didn’t help. Any advice would be very helpful.

HTC Freestyle Memory full message when it isn’t
April 25th, 2011 admin I keep getting a message that says my memory is full and it can’t store anymore text messages. I deleted over 1000 texts and some pictures and I am still getting the message and can’t receive any texts. Is there a way to fix this??

March 28th, 2010 jedwan I have spent about 4-5 hours with the tech online chat. Nice people, still getting the same result. I keep getting the “msg could not be sent. Check that you have network coverage and that your account information is correct. Then try sending again”. It is very frustrating, I have been told delete the POP3 account and set it up again, which I do, and I then can send. Sometimes it works for weeks, days, now hours. Any suggestions? I am at my wit’s end. Thank you.
