Best bet is to start checking out the issue report forum on the google ASOP project forum. The Brew MP OS on the Freestyel is a proprietary OS made by Qualcomm. It has nothing to do with Android or Google.

Freestyle duplicate text messages
June 25th, 2011
admin I love my Freestyle however this issue is very annoying. I get seemingly random duplicate (same) messages. I have posted with many others on this issue in HTC forums ( http://community.htc.com/na/htc-forums/brew-mp/f/111/t/9884.aspx ). Is this problem being addressed? If so, when will it be corrected?

Re: HTC Inspire Syncing Issues

jedwan Same Issue, plus. Laptop is using redirected ‘My Documents”, therefore document & Picture sync fail Got imported contacts from old HTC phone and Outlook contacts – duplicates. Now Outlook does not sync new contacts from phone. Delete duplicates in Oulook, they come back on new sync. Frustrating!!! Nothing to be found on the web from HTC. Complain, complain, complain. There, that is out now.
Sprint network is down in some areas, SMS and voice call services affected (updated)
May 18th, 2011
jedwan Uh oh, according to the handful of tips we’ve received, it appears that Sprint is currently having some technical problems on its cellular network in some states. Specifically, customers aren’t having much luck with sending text messages, while some are also not able to make voice calls. But don’t worry, the carrier’s certainly aware of this issue and is already working on a fix, so hang tight and let your fingers take a break — we’ll let you know when things are up and running again. [Thanks to everyone who sent this in] Update: Here’s a statement we got from Sprint: “We did have some disruption to Sprint SMS traffic earlier tonight, but it wasn’t a complete disruption — we lost partial capacity for about an hour. Engineers immediately began rerouting traffic and after about an hour things went back to normal. There is no significant voice disruption anywhere in the US except for a small part of our Sprint network in the Washington, DC area. That has since been resolved and had no relation to the SMS disruption.” Sprint network is down in some areas, SMS and voice call services affected (updated) originally appeared on Engadget on Tue, 17 May 2011 22:36:00 EST. LG Quantum – Windows Phone update disabled text threading
April 24th, 2011
jedwan Ever since my wife upgraded her LG Quantum with the Windows Phone February and March updates, it will no longer thread her text conversations. Each text creates a separate conversation. Has anyone else seen this issue?
