Same Issue, plus. Laptop is using redirected ‘My Documents”, therefore document & Picture sync fail Got imported contacts from old HTC phone and Outlook contacts – duplicates. Now Outlook does not sync new contacts from phone. Delete duplicates in Oulook, they come back on new sync. Frustrating!!! Nothing to be found on the web from HTC. Complain, complain, complain. There, that is out now.
