I piad $100 for this touchscreen piece of chinese made garbage. Ater 3 months this problem happened and it freezed up and screen wouldn’t work. The phone was in mint cond, just decided since it was cheaply and poorly made, that the keypad which is required for everything, would just suddenly stop working. I then had it covered under warranty and was sent a replacement a long while after.   Then a few months later the replacement had the same problem and they would not replace it again without me giving them my credit card info over the phone to some muslim in Pakistan. This phone is very cheaply and poorly made and designed to have it break so you purchase another. They don’t like people using pre-paid go phones, they make much less then on them vs. contract phones.   STAY AWAY FROM AT&T AND THEIR CHEAP JUNK PHONES THAT ARE MADE IN CHINA AND BREAK WITHIN LESS THEN A FEW MONTHS! THE PERSON THEY TOLD ME TO SPEAK WITH WAS IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY AND COULD BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH! THEY EMPLOY AND USE PEOPLE IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES TO HELP CUSTOMERS! VERY GREEDY AND CORRUPT CROOKED COMPANY! THEY ALSO HAVE TERRIBLE SERVICE. WHEN THE TSUNAMI HIT HAWAII ALL AT&T PHONE SERVICE WAS DOWN, NOT LIKE-WISE FOR OTHER MAJOR PHONE COMPANIES. SIMPLY PUT, AT&T SUCKS!!!!! TAKING MY BU$INE$$ TO SPRINT.
