How is the Tilt 2′s battery life?

So I’ve got my Tilt 2 (was a refurb replacement) and the battery seems to be pretty lacking. If I use the internet for a bit, send some e-mails and texts, by the end of the work day the battery could be down as low as 50%. Is this normal for the Tilt 2 or do I most likely have a bad battery?

HTC TILT2 NEW SMS message number frozed

Hi there, I have a TILT2 which has the main screen icon, sms application, with the number froze to it. The number should disappear as soon as I read the new incoming message, but it doesnt. I have erased all my messages in all my folders, but the number is still stays on, showing that I still have 1 message to read.     Is there anyway I can fix this?   Thanks!!

Where is the Windows Phone 7 { Inappropriate comment removed } and speculation :-)

I have not frequented this forum in a bit as I have turned more into an XDA kind of guy, but this site used to be awesome for device  { Inappropriate comment removed } and speculation.  Where is the  { Inappropriate comment removed } for Windows Phone 7?  This OS looks like it rocks and will certainly push the pace of smartphones for the next several years.  All of the hands on reviews seem consistent and say that it is slicker and more robust than the Iphone and "out Apples, Apple."  The one thing that I have not seen or heard mention of, is how/if att wireless will bring this OS to us.  Bad news for us early adapters in the past is that there looks to be NO WAY to upgrade a former WinMo 6.5 phone and we will need new hardware.  Also for those of us enjoying playing with HTC Sense, that UI may have to fall by the wayside.   As a former att 3125 (StarTrek), att 8925 Tilt, HTC Fuze and HTC Tilt II owner, I am simply not buying another phone until the release of the Windows Phone 7 series.  So there is the question.  What does att wireless have in store for us?  Will they sell it unhindered with att ‘malware’ as its virgin form, it simply crushes the att wireless flagship, the Iphone? Pouring lemon juice on a paper cut…more HD2 goodness not coming to AT&T

Sorry if this was posted elsewhere, but just announced today:   — Barnes & Noble eReader application puts the world’s largest eBookstore in your hand with access to more than a million eBooks, newspapers, magazines and your Barnes & Noble digital library everywhere you go. Enjoy reading on the largest screen available for eReader smartphone software. — BLOCKBUSTER on Demand(R) application is for discovering and downloading the hottest new releases on the go. Blockbuster’s first-ever video download application on a smartphone allows consumers to buy a movie on one device and watch on another connected device through Blockbuster’s library. — MobiTV mobile application offers consumers access to live and on-demand TV on their phone — including news, sports and entertainment. Favorite channels such as MTV, NBC, COMEDY CENTRAL, ESPN and more are available for HTC HD2 consumers to watch at home or away. Plus, when HTC HD2 consumers subscribe to MobiTV, their first 30 days of service are free. — Paramount Pictures’ popular films "Transformers" and "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" come pre-loaded on the device’s memory card and optimized for viewing on the HTC HD2′s high-resolution screen. — Gogo(R) Inflight Internet service offers consumers who purchase the HTC HD2 an added bonus: up to six months of free in-flight Wi-Fi access on their device, with Internet access on 2,500 daily flights in the continental U.S. and growing.   It’s going to cost me more to switch to T-Mo to get this phone, but I’m not sure AT&T has anything in the near future that would entice me to stay with them.
