The Start->Messaging option stopped working today.  I can’t access any email accounts.  Choosing that option gives an hourglass timer briefly, then nothing.  I’m using an older HTC Tilt (8925).

I don’t want to had reset, I’m traveling, and I don’t have access to my desktop to reload contacts and calendar entries.  My work around this morning is to use Internet Explorer to access email, but I don’t know how to get to text messages.

Any troubleshooting advice, short of hard reset, that might help?
