I have spent about 4-5 hours with the tech online chat. Nice people, still getting the same result.
I keep getting the “msg could not be sent. Check that you have network coverage and that your account information is correct. Then try sending again”.
It is very frustrating, I have been told delete the POP3 account and set it up again, which I do, and I then can send. Sometimes it works for weeks, days, now hours.
Any suggestions? I am at my wit’s end.
