I’ve been having trouble getting pictures from my phone to my pc.  I was told by a local ATT store to change the connection to Data Service and It should work automatically however it does not. I’ve been searching up the issue and I’m told I need a Micro SD chip and change the connection to Mass Storage.  Well I bought a Sandisk Micro SDHC chip 4gb which several people have said works for the LG Shine as it supports up to 4gb, though my phone won’t recognize the card and says it not ready.  I’ve even tried turning the phone off then putting it in just like ATT told me to do it when I called tech support.  On one hand my SD chip wont work which may be my missing link and the other my local ATT store tells me I don’t need a micro SD chip and to set it to Data Service but that wont work either.  I spent 7 hours trying to get this to work, i’ve wasted a half a tank of gas driving from store to store and returning items to get this to work.  What am I missing and why is it not working?
