My htc 8525 hermes died yesterday and i really really really really need data off of this phone.
the device strangely turned off, no warning signs and will not power on at all.
i have many contacts through this phone not stored on my sim card along with
word documents that i have typed on this phone, that i will need in about a month.
It will not turn on at all, battery / cord plugged in, tried everything, please help,
can i take it to a att shop will they be able to help me
