Can someone please help me with obtaining a working CAB file for Mobile Banking, for the HTC Pure?  Mobile Banking corrupted and I cannot find a replacement file online. 

My bank sends links via text message to download a CAB file; however, those links will not open in ANY browser on the HTC Pure Mobile 6.5.  I opened them on my nontouchscreen Windows 6.1.  However, the links automatically download nontouchscreen versions.  So, those are worthless to me. 

Please, someone help.
