There's a special sticker that they can look at and see if it's been submersed, and they won't refund your money if it has. The Chocolate has problems with the cover (or the slide thing, I forget the exact term) so you could open and close it a bunch of times in a row. I used to have one and after mindlessly opening and closing it I found that every time I closed it it would press the buttons #84, and thus traded it in for a new one.
