LG Xenon ~ ringtone question

i just got this phone and i am trying to see if i really like it.  one thing i can’t figure out is how to set one of my ringtones as the phone ringtone.  right now all i can pick from are the lame ones that came with the phone.  i has a ringtone that i transferred from an old phone and it doesn’t come up as an option for a ringtone.  is there a way to fix this?  do i have to use the preset ones instead?  or do i have to buy a new ringtone from att store to get an actual song?

BlackBerry Bold gets Telstra’s Blue Tick for having the signal strength of a champion

No worries, though, there’s another solid option: Telstra has now awarded the Blue Tick to the BlackBerry Bold, which means even the hardest-core road warriors should have no issue handling email from some of the harshest environs Australia’s cell tower-equipped landscape has to offer. LG Xenon photo id won’t save

I have already saved the contacts to the phone vs the SIM. When I try to set the photo ID, it appears to accept but when I look at the contact, there is no photo there. If I try again, it asks if I want to override. I say "yes" but photo ID still doesn’t appear on contacts screen or in the individual contact listing. Help!
