Is there a way to prevent the keypad from locking when making a call that uses an automated voice mail system. I had to call the pharmacy to renew a prescription, which meant entering my refill number. About every second or so, the unlock message came on. I could not enter my refill number fast enough. The voice mail thought I was entering a wrong number and kept ending the call. If anyone knows how to unlock this, please let me know.
