I am upgrading my 700p (Verizon/using Windows XP Pro) to a 755p. I have given them the same user name. I installed the software that came with the 755p. When I hotsynced my new 755p Treo to my old user name everything transfered except the Outlook calendar, contacts, and task list. I received an error message on the log for the calendar that "The attempt to open the database failed. Date Book application database is not found. Please invoke the Date Book application on the handheld once and re-synchronize". For the Contacts and Tasks the message was simply that "The attempt to open the database failed." I entered dummy information into the Treo 755p calendar, contacts, and tasks to see if that would make a difference, but it did not. Any suggestions for where to go from here would be welcome.
