I hit a Palm IIIe and IIIxe (two users) on a PC; meet got a laptop with Windows XP; hit downloaded the code and synched up the IIIxe fine; the Palm IIIe says it has synched dustlike but it puts null on the newborn computer. Neither the Palm nor laptop information are "hiding" individualized info; I hit the sync ordered to "handheld overrides desktop." There is no nonachievement message, meet no download!  Help!
